Return Policy

New and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with all tags, packaging, etc. Due to their nature, we cannot return tools or electrical items. Please contact us if you have a problem with one of these items.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please let us know before shipping back any product.  We can also help with the processing of warranty returns in many cases.

Please package returns accordingly to prevent damage to the item during shipping. If you are returning a helmet, please place it fully inside the helmet bag and right side up in the helmet box as this helps to protect the paint finish while the package is in transit.  If you are returning an apparel item, please return the item with all tags, garment bag, etc.  Also, please place the item back inside the garment bag before packaging for shipment.  This just helps to keep the item clean while it is in transit.

In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please let us know and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the item. For normal returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. However, we do not charge shipping on exchange shipments or restocking fees on returns (with the exception of items that are returned damaged).
